The objectives of this study are to cxamine the relationsbips among
 organizational culture, transformational leadersbip, and work behavior based
 on the sufficiency cconomy pbilosopby as well as to cxamine the variables”
 capability to predict work behavior based on the pbilosopby of sifficiency
 economy. The samples in this study were 275 first-line administrators and
 middle administrators in a private organization. Data were collected by using
 3 questionnaires, inchuding organizational cultire awareness questionnair,
 transformational Icadersbip questionnaire, and work bebavior based on
 the pbilosopby of sufficiency cconomy questionnaire. It is found that (1)
 organizational cultire and transformational leadersbip in total and in each aspect are positively related to work behavior based on the pbilosopby of
 sufficiency economy, both in total and in each aspect and (2) organizational
 culture with an empbasis on mission, involuement, and social responsibility can
 explain 40.5 percent of the variance in work bebautor based on the pbilosopby
 of sufficiency economy, wbile transformational leadersbip with an emphasis on
 inspiration motiuation and intellectual stimulation can explain 41.8 percent of
 the variance in wore behauior based on the pbilosopby of sufficiency economy.
 In addition, organizational culture which emphasizes involvement and social
 responsibility,together with transformational leadersbip in terms of inspiration
 motiuation and intellectual stimulation, can explain 49.5 percent of the uariance
 in work bebautor based on the pbilosopby of sufficiency economy. The research
 results indicate the important role of organizational culture auareness and
 tansformational leadersbip which onganizations sbould develop for their
 administrators. A special empbasis sbould be put on the involvement and social
 responsibility aspects of organizational culture as well as transformational
 leadersbip in terms of inspiration motivation and intellectual stimulation in
 onder to promote work bebautor based on the suffciency economy pbilosopby
 of administrators in organizations.
