การอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาทรัพยากรสัตว์ป่าในประเทศไทย: มุมมองและข้อสังเกตด้านกฎหมาย
Abstract
Wildlife is exhausted natural resources and has been threatening within many
countries resulting in a rapid decrease in its populations. Although, now, a concept of
wildlife conservation and development has been internationally recognized due to the
importance of wildlife which becomes significantly worthy to human and environment,
especially to maintenance of biological diversity, such a concept would be certainly
tangible when it is necessarily linked with national implementation. As a member of global
community, Thailand has taken the concept of wildlife conservation and development into
account as its national way to determination of conceivable policy and legislation. This
article therefore has its key objective of examining and presenting some legal perspectives
towards wildlife conservation and development through seeking for how Thailand has
complied with such a concept and what should be comments for Thailand’s legal
enforcement.
