Abstract
We consider a two-echelon inventory system with one central warehouse and multiple retailers. We want to determine an appropriate inventory
policy in order to reduce shortages and suck cost. We apply the multi-echelon inventory theory with the periodic review system to find the
order-up-to levels. Specifically, we want to find the appropriate order-up-to level for the central warehouse and the order-up-to levels for all
15 retailers for 30 SKUs.
