The National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) has established a digital infrastructure that enables and supports remote working. The Office of Digital Technology and Information has implemented policies and provided a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service, allowing staff members to securely access the university’s core information systems, such as the Management Information System (MIS) and the Registration System (REG), from outside the campus. This service allows personnel from various departments to efficiently perform their duties from home or other locations. Such an initiative promotes flexible working practices, reduces the need for daily commuting, and helpsdecrease energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions from travel, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 11.4.3 Allow remote working
