ห้องสมุดอาเซียน ถนัด คอมันตร์ สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์ เปิดให้ประชาชนทั่วไปเข้าใช้บริการและเข้าถึงทรัพยากรสารสนเทศได้โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ การวิจัย และการเข้าถึงมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมและองค์ความรู้ของภูมิภาคอาเซียนอย่างเท่าเทียม เพียงใช้บัตรประจำตัวประชาชนในการลงทะเบียนเพื่อเข้าใช้ห้องสมุด

- บริการหนังสืออาเซียน มากกว่า 1,250 เล่ม
- บริการคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับสืบค้นข้อมูลด้วยตนเอง “OPAC”
- บริการเชื่อมต่อ Wifi ผ่านเครือข่าย True และ Ais
- เยี่ยมชมห้องนิทรรศการ ซึ่งจัดแสดงประวัติของ ดร.ถนัด คอมันตร์ ซึ่งเป็นผู้ก่อตั้งอาเซียน
- บริการห้องอ่านหนังสือสำหรับกลุ่มย่อย ตั้งแต่ 5 คนขึ้นไป จำนวน 2 ห้อง สามารถเข้าใช้บริการได้ทันที โดยไม่ต้องทำการจอง
The ASEAN Library of Thanat Khoman, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), is open to the general public, providing free access to its resources and services. The library aims to promote learning, research, and equitable access to the cultural heritage and knowledge of the ASEAN region. Registration is simple-just present your national ID card to use the library.
Services include:
- Reading areas with personal power outlets
- A collection of over 1,250 ASEAN-related books
- Computers for self-directed information searching via “OPAC”
- Wi-Fi access through True and AIS networks
- Visits to the exhibition room showcasing the history of Dr. Thanat Khoman, the founder of ASEAN
- Two small group reading rooms for 5 or more people, available for immediate use without prior reservation
