NIDA Supports Sustainable and Affordable Housing for Its Employees

The National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) has implemented measures and programs to provide affordable housing for its employees. The institute offers on-campus dormitory buildings for faculty and staff, conveniently located to reduce commuting distance and energy consumption from transportation. In addition, NIDA conducts annual housing loan support programs through formal agreements with several commercial banks, offering preferential loan conditions for eligible employees. These initiatives help enhance the quality of life for staff members and reflect NIDA’s strong commitment to promoting sustainable housing management for its employees, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goal SDG 11.4.4 – Affordable housing for employees.
