On February 14, 2024, Asst. Prof. Pattrawut Charoenroop, Ph.D., the Assistant to the President for International Affairs, Ms. Nipa Chumsuk, the Director for International Relations and Corporate Communication Division and an OIA staff member were formally welcomed by the Secretariat of the Senate and Mr. Eakachai Budsinon, the Director of Bureau of Foreign Languages. They discussed international cooperation and the establishment of a network of diplomats in Thailand. During the visit, the NIDA Delegation presented a lecture on “Cross-Cultural and Intercultural Communication in a Globalized Multicultural Society” to the foreign affairs personnel of the Secretariat of the Senate. There was also an exchange of ideas to support the international missions of the Senate, the Thai Parliament, and NIDA. The participants included heads of English Language Group, French, Russian and Italian Languages Group, Chinese and Other Languages Group, General Administration Group, and Foreign Relations Officers, totaling 25 people. Additionally, the NIDA Delegation visited the Parliament building to inspect the venue for the annual Summer Camp in 2024.
