On September 29, 2025, the International Relations and Corporate Communication Division, Office of International Affairs (OIA), successfully organized the 2025 Study and Scholarship Guidance Event in Taiwan for students and staff of NIDA. The event was held at the Sumitr Petcharapirat Room, 5th Floor, Siam Boromrajakumari Building.
Associate Professor Dr. Pattrawut Charoenroop, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, delivered the opening remarks and officially inaugurated the event via Zoom. He extended a warm welcome to Ms. Jaruwan Jaranupong, Director of the Taiwan Education Center in Thailand, and Mr. Qin Zihong, Director of the Ming Chuan University Education and Culture Center in Thailand, together with their teams.
The distinguished speakers provided comprehensive presentations on scholarship opportunities offered by the Taiwanese universities, English and Chinese language programs, short-term Chinese language courses, and academic programs from Ming Chuan University, Yuan Ze University, and National Pingtung University of Science and Technology. They also shared valuable insights and first-hand experiences about pursuing higher education in Taiwan.
The event successfully fulfilled its objectives by broadening awareness of educational opportunities, strengthening academic collaboration, and promoting human resource development, contributing to NIDA’s mission of advancing sustainable international engagement.
