We are pleased to announce that NIDA has achieved remarkable recognition in the SCImago Institutions Ranking for 2025, securing a position in the top 10 institutions in Thailand across four academic disciplines.
The SCImago Institutions Ranking (SIR) is a globally recognized assessment known for its rigorous standards in evaluating academic performance. This ranking evaluates higher education institutions, universities, hospitals, and research centers based on three key indicators: research output, innovation, and societal impact. The data used for this assessment is sourced from the number of academic publications indexed in Elsevier’s Scopus database.
We are proud to share that NIDA has distinguished itself in the following disciplines:
Psychology: 1st in Thailand (out of 8 universities)
Business Management and Accounting: 3rd in Thailand (out of 21 universities)
Economics, Econometrics, and Finance: 5th in Thailand (out of 15 universities)
Arts and Humanities: 6th in Thailand (out of 13 universities)
These exceptional results reflect the dedication and collaboration of our faculty and NIDA members, whose commitment has led to the production of valuable academic work.
