On November 15, 2024, Assistant Professor Pattrawut Charoenroop, Ph.D., the Assistant to the President for International Affairs, had the honor of meeting with Professor Dr. Chen-Fu Chien, Senior Vice President of National Tsing Hua University (ranked 210 in the QS World University Rankings 2025) and President of the Asia Pacific Industrial Engineering and Management Systems Society (APIEMS) at National Tsing Hua University in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The discussions focused on potential collaborations between the institutions, including the organization of academic activities and research initiatives aligned with NIDA, in order to support the development of artificial intelligence technology in the field of international industrial engineering. On November 16, 2024, Assistant Professor Pattrawut Charoenroop, Ph.D., representing the institute, participated in the centennial celebration of National Pingtung University of Science and Technology in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, alongside representatives from 11 universities from Thailand.
