NIDA Participates in the World Digital Education Conference 2025 and Visits Huazhong University of Science and Technology

From May 15 to 16, 2025, a delegation from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), led by Professor Tippawan Lorsuwannarat, Ph.D., Acting President of NIDA, and Associate Professor Li Renliang, Ph.D., Advisor for University and Interagency Relations in the People’s Republic of China, took part in the World Digital Education Conference 2025 in Wuhan, China. The conference, organized by China’s Ministry of Education and National Commission in collaboration with UNESCO and the Hubei Provincial Government, centered around  the theme “Education Development and Transformation: The Era of Intelligence.” It served as a global platform for advancing educational innovation and strengthening international networks and strategic partnerships. In addition to attending the conference sessions, the NIDA delegation held discussions with Professor Yu Jihong, President of Beijing Normal University, who also played a key role in organizing the event. The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange ideas and explore further collaboration in the field of digital education.

On May 16, the delegation visited Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), one of NIDA’s valued academic partners. The group was warmly received by Professor Xu Xiaodong, Vice President of HUST, along with other senior administrators. The visit included productive talks on expanding academic cooperation and strengthening institutional ties between the two universities.
