NIDA Extends New Year Greetings to Partner Organizations

On 19 January 2026, the Office of International Affairs, International Relations and Corporate Communication Division of the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) paid courtesy visits to key international partner organizations to convey appreciation and extend New Year greetings for 2026. The delegation was led by Associate Professor Pattrawut Charoenroop, Ph.D., Assistant to the President for International Affairs, who represented NIDA on the occasion.

The NIDA delegation first met with Ms. Michaela Friberg-Storey, United Nations Resident Coordinator in Thailand, at the United Nations Thailand office. On the same day, the delegation also visited the UNESCO Bangkok Office, where they met with Ms. Marina Patrier, Deputy Director and Chief of the Education Section; Mr. Phinith Chanthalangsy, Regional Adviser for Social and Human Sciences; and Mr. Nyi Nyi Thaung, Programme Specialist of the Education Section. During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on approaches to promoting and expanding academic cooperation in the future.
