On March 20, 2025, the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) had the honor of welcoming Ms. Melinda Good, the World Bank Country Director for Thailand and Myanmar in the East Asia and Pacific Region, along with her delegation. The guests were warmly received by prominent NIDA officials, including Associate Professor Juree Vichit-Vadakan, Ph.D., Chairperson of the NIDA Council; Professor Tippawan Lorsuwannarat, Ph.D., President of NIDA; Associate Professor Sarawut Jansuwan, Ph.D., Vice President for Administration and Digital Technology; and Associate Professor Pattrawut Charoenroop, Ph.D., Assistant to the President for International Affairs.
The meeting took place in the President’s Meeting Room on the 10th floor of the Prince Naradhip Bongsprabandha Building. During the discussions, both parties explored potential academic collaboration opportunities, focusing on projects designed to promote economic stability within a framework of sustainability and long-term social responsibility. Following the meeting, NIDA provided the delegation with a tour of the NIDA Smart Compact City Center (NIDA S2C°) and the Sukhum Navapan Library.
