Doctor of Laws Program
The Doctor of Laws program is aimed to produce graduates well grounded in a body of legal knowledge, together with moral integrity, ethics, commitment to good governance, and legal expertise, and who are well rounded in their academic outlook, capable of thinking about, analyzing and making judgment on legal issues, using law in accordance with the principles of the rule of law, upholding social justice, protecting national interest, and applying knowledge to national development.
1. There are 2 types of courses:
– a thesis-only course; and
– coursework and thesis course
2. Lecture given only on Saturday-Sunday
3. Lectures focused on principles of law and development

Applicant Qualifications
Plan 1 (1.1) 48 Credits of Dissertation
(1) Applicants must have hold a Master of Laws degree from the institution recognized by the Office of the Higher Education Commission of Thailand.
(2) Applicants must have knowledge of English, in accordance to the requirement of NIDA.
(3) Applicants must have an experience in conducting research or an experience as a co-researcher .
(4) Students must be able to devote their time for the research throughout the completion of program.
Plan 2 (2.1) 51 Credits (15 Credits of Coursework and 36 Credits of Dissertation)
(1) Applicants must hold a Master of Laws degree from the institution recognized by the Office of the Higher Education Commission of Thailand.
(2) Applicants must have English capability in accordance to the requirement of NIDA.
(3) Students must be able to devote their time for the research throughout the completion of program.
