On Tuesday December 12, 2023, Communication University of China (CUC) and the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) had a ceremony to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between them at Sirivadhanabhakdi Hall, 11th Fl., Prince Nradhip Bongsprabandha Building.
The attendees included Professor Dr. Tippawan Lorsuwannarat, the President; Assistant Professor Dr. Pattrawut Charoenroop, Assistant to the President for International Affairs; Assistant Professor Dr. Li Renliang, the Coordinator with universities and organizations in China and the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Graduate School of Social Development and Management Strategy; Associate Professor Dr. Patthareeya Lakpetch, the Director of Research Bureau; Associate Professor Dr. Kullatip Satararuji, the Dean; Assistant Professor Dr. Warat Karuchit, the Associate Dean for Planning and Development, Graduate School of Communication Arts and Management Innovation; Assistant Professor Dr. SID Suntrayuth, the Dean of International College of NIDA; Miss Nipa Chumsuk, Director of International Relations and Corporate Communication Division and staff of International Relations and Corporate Communication Division to welcome and discuss academic cooperation with the representatives from CUC, including 1) Professor LIAO Xiangzhong, Chair of the University Council; 2) Professor LI Huailiang, Dean, Institute for a Community with Shared Future; 3) Professor WANG Lei, Dean, School of Animation and Digital Arts; 4) Professor ZHOU Jianxin, Director, Department of Scientific Research; 5) Professor LI Youbing, Deputy Director, Undergraduate School; and 6) Professor HUANG Dianlin, Professor, Institute of Communication Studies.
The content of the discussion focused on various academic cooperation activities such as faculty, staff, and student exchanges, collaborative teaching and learning management, representation for recruiting Chinese students to study at NIDA, joint research and publishing, and other academic collaborative projects. The two institutions aim to continue and enhance their relationship, foster friendship, and generate new innovative ideas for mutual success. Furthermore, Miss Chitjai Thongganjana and Miss Upsorn Nuchanetr, who are officers from the Library and Information Center accompanied the visiting professors on a trip to Thanat Khoman ASEAN Library.
