Leading knowledge management organizations in Thailand were interviewed to identify the maturity level of knowledge management. The results show that data quality should be improved along with the analytical skills. The problem definitions are not stated clearly and represented the real business problems. The collaboration level among organizations are low, including the collaboration within the organization. Knowledge are kept in form of report mostly and not practical used efficiently overall the organization. To increase the maturity level of knowledge management, the organization should concern more about the quality of data, the ability to understand the business environment, and the ability of performing data analysis.
